    • Mama Lycha Sardines

    • 2 cups flour

    • 2 beaten eggs

    • 1 tablespoon salt

    • 1 tablespoon onion salt

    • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

    • 1 tablespoon garlic salt

    1. Put the sardines in a blender with all the other ingredients: flour, eggs, salt and pepper. Add coriander if you like its flavor.

    2. Blend for about 5-10 minutes, or as long as necessary, until you see that all the ingredients are well blended.

    3. Pour the mixture into a bowl and use some of it to make a small round pancake.

    4. Fry the pancakes in a pan with hot oil until golden brown.

    5. Finally, serve them on a plate with whatever you like.

This dish can serve as a light and very healthy lunch or dinner, just add vegetables and that's it!
