    • 1 Package Mama Lycha frozen cassava

    • 1 Mama Lycha Olominas (Fried Anchovies)

    • 1 Mama Lycha Curtido Salvadoreño (Salvadorean Pickled Cabbage)

    • 1 Tomato

    • 1 Cucumber

    • Oil

    1. Cook the cassava in a pot of boiling water until tender.

    2. In a pan, fry the anchovies in hot oil until golden brown.

    3. Cut the cooked cassava in half and fry it  in the same oil used for the  anchovies, for about 5 minutes.

    4. Serve the anchovies on a plate with the fried cassava, curtido Salvadoreño (Salvadorean Pickled Cabbage), sliced tomato and cucumber. 

As a final touch, you can add some Mama Lycha Sofrito Sauce and squeeze a lemon to enhance the flavor.
