1 Package Mama Lycha frozen cassava
1 Mama Lycha Olominas (Fried Anchovies)
1 Mama Lycha Curtido Salvadoreño (Salvadorean Pickled Cabbage)
1 Tomato
1 Cucumber

Cook the cassava in a pot of boiling water until tender.
In a pan, fry the anchovies in hot oil until golden brown.
Cut the cooked cassava in half and fry it in the same oil used for the anchovies, for about 5 minutes.
Serve the anchovies on a plate with the fried cassava, curtido Salvadoreño (Salvadorean Pickled Cabbage), sliced tomato and cucumber.
As a final touch, you can add some Mama Lycha Sofrito Sauce and squeeze a lemon to enhance the flavor.
