INGREDIENTS

    • 1 package Mama Lycha frozen cassava
    • 1 tray of Mama Lycha Olominas 
    • 1 Mama Lycha Salvadoran Curtido
    • 1 tomato
    • 1 cucumber
    • Oil


INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Sancook the yucca with water, then take it to a frying pan to fry.
    2. Remove the yucca to a plate and add Mama Lycha's curtido salvadoreño.
    3. Add the olominas and garnish with tomato and cucumber slices.
    4. The final touch is to add salt, chili, and lime to serve.


TIP DE MAMÁ LYCHA

You can decorate the dish by adding banana leaves to add a little more
color to the presentation.
