- 1 package Mama Lycha frozen cassava
- 1 tray of Mama Lycha Olominas
- 1 Mama Lycha Salvadoran Curtido
- 1 tomato
- 1 cucumber
- Oil
- Sancook the yucca with water, then take it to a frying pan to fry.
- Remove the yucca to a plate and add Mama Lycha's curtido salvadoreño.
- Add the olominas and garnish with tomato and cucumber slices.
- The final touch is to add salt, chili, and lime to serve.
You can decorate the dish by adding banana leaves to add a little more
color to the presentation.
