INGREDIENTS

    • 500 grams of Mama Lycha black beans
    • 500 grams of Mama Lycha Guatemalan chorizo
      sausage
    • 2 ounces of smoked bacon
    • 2 onions, 2 tomatoes, 1 jalapeño chili bell
      pepper
    • Salt and pepper


INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Start cooking the beans with one of the chopped onions and water. 
    2. Chop the bacon and fry it in a frying pan. Use the same pan to fry the sliced chorizo.
    3. Chop the other onion, chili, cilantro and previously roasted tomato.
    4. Now add the beans with their broth and let them boil, 
    5. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste.

This dish can be served with avocado or with cheese and croutons.
