Mama Lycha Salvadorean Style Sour Cream
1/2 cup Mama Lycha melted cheese
3 squashes
Shredded chicken
Green sauce
1/4 cup onion
1 tablespoon garlic
Cilantro for garnish
Olive oil
In a preheated frying pan, add the olive oil, onion and garlic. Stir well and cook for a few minutes.
Add the chicken and salsa verde to the pan. Stir to incorporate well and cook for a few minutes.
On a cutting board, slice the zucchini vertically and begin to scoop out the center with a spoon to create a bowl.
In a baking dish, place the zucchini with a little olive oil and salt on top, then fill with the chicken and cheese and place in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
When they are done, place them on a plate and top with a little more green sauce and cheese. If you want the cheese to melt more, leave them in the oven for a few more seconds.
Add some Mama Lycha Salvadorean Style Sour Cream and some cilantro leaves to garnish the dish.
It is important to constantly check the zucchini in the oven so that they do not overcook and remain crisp.
