- 1 Can or doy pack of Mama Lycha refried beans
- 1 Package of Mama Lycha fresh cheese
- 1 Mama Lycha Mexican cream
- Pico de gallo
- 2 Rolls of bread
Open the buns in half and spread them with the refried beans.
Top with desired amount of cheese and take them to a frying pan to grill for 2 minutes.
When ready to serve, top with sour cream and pico de gallo.
To make the pico de gallo, use chopped tomato, pepper, onion and seedless chili. Put them in a bowl with water, a tablespoon of sunflower oil and a tablespoon of vinegar. Mix well and add a handful of chopped cilantro as a final touch
