    • 1 can or doy pack of  Mama Lycha refried beans
    • 1 package of Mama Lycha fresh cheese
    • 1 Mama Lycha Mexican cream
    • Pico de gallo
    • 2 rolls of bread

    1. Open the buns in half and spread them with the bean paste. 
    2. Add the desired amount of cheese on top and take them to a frying pan to grill
      for 2 minutes.
    3. When ready to serve, place the molletes on the plate and spread the crema Mexicana and pico de gallo on top.

For the pico de gallo, you can use chopped tomato, pepper, onion and seedless chili. Put them in a bowl with water, a tablespoon of sunflower oil and a tablespoon of vinegar. Mix well and add a handful of chopped cilantro as a final touch.
