    • 1 teaspoon of Mama Lycha Vanilla

    • 4 egg whites (separated from the yolks)

    • 4 egg yolks

    • 1 cup of sugar

    • 2 cups of flour

    • 1 cup of caramel sauce

    • Powdered sugar for decoration

    1. Beat the egg whites until a thick mixture forms.

    2. Then, add the yolks, sugar, flour, and Mama Lycha vanilla extract. Mix well.

    3. Spread the dough thinly on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.

    4. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes, or until cooked through but still flexible.

    5. Remove from the oven and roll up in a towel. Let cool for 30 minutes.

    6. Unroll it and spread the caramel on the inside.

    7. Roll it up again and sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
