Mama Lycha's Pineapple Turnover
Dark chocolate for melting (1/2 pound)
White chocolate for melting (1/4 pound)
Strawberries for garnish
Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Place a pot of hot water on the stove, then place another pot with the chocolate on top over low heat so that it melts slowly.
Once melted, pour the chocolate onto a flat tray lined with wax paper to form a thin layer.
Place the Mamá Lycha Pineapple Cakes on top of the chocolate and let it harden.
Cut each cake out of the chocolate, place half a strawberry on top of each one, and decorate with melted white chocolate.
Use a spatula to make the chocolate layer even and thin.
