    • Mama Lycha's Pineapple Turnover

    • Dark chocolate for melting (1/2 pound)

    • White chocolate for melting (1/4 pound)

    • Strawberries for garnish

    1. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler. Place a pot of hot water on the stove, then place another pot with the chocolate on top over low heat so that it melts slowly.

    2. Once melted, pour the chocolate onto a flat tray lined with wax paper to form a thin layer.

    3. Place the Mamá Lycha Pineapple Cakes on top of the chocolate and let it harden.

    4. Cut each cake out of the chocolate, place half a strawberry on top of each one, and decorate with melted white chocolate.

Use a spatula to make the chocolate layer even and thin.
