Mama Lycha breadcrumbs
Mama Lycha Salvadorean pickled cabbage finely chopped
Pre-cooked chicken breasts finely chopped
Boiled potatoes grated
Flour (1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons)
3 Eggs
Finely chopped parsley
Garlic (1 1/2 tablespoons)
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Oil for frying
Red sauce and parsley for garnish
Jam (optional)
In a bowl, combine chicken, Mamá Lycha Salvadoran Curtido, grated potatoes, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Add flour and an egg to bind the mixture.
Form patties and coat them in flour, beaten egg, and Mamá Lycha Pan Molido. Fry the patties in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve with red sauce and chopped parsley.
Coat each patty with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs on all sides to help them keep their shape.
