    • 2 Mama Lycha tomato sauces. 

    • Mama Lycha Artisan Fresh Cheese. 

    • Mama Lycha Salvadorean Style Sour Cream. 

    • Corn tortillas. 

    • Cooked and shredded chicken breast.

    • Onion (optional). 

    • Garlic (optional). 

    • Vegetable oil. 

    • Salt and pepper to taste.

    1. To prepare the sauce, place a little onion and garlic in a pan if you want more flavor. 

    2. Add the two Mama Lycha tomato sauces and cook over medium heat until it gently simmers. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    3. To prepare the chicken, shred the cooked chicken breast. Keep it warm to fill the tortillas.

    4. Heat enough oil in a skillet. Lightly fry each corn tortilla on both sides until soft but not crispy. Drain them on paper towels to remove the excess oil.

    5. Dip the tortillas in the hot tomato sauce once fried so that they are well coated.

    6. Fill each tortilla with shredded chicken. Fold them like enchiladas and place them on a plate. Pour more tomato sauce on top.

    7. Sprinkle with crumbled Mama Lycha Cuajada (Artisan Fresh Cheese). Add a touch of Mama Lycha Crema Salvadoreña (Salvadorean Style Sour Cream) to taste. Serve hot.

For an even bolder flavor, fry the tortillas in lard instead of oil.
