Mama Lycha Frying White Cheese
Mama Lycha Requesón (ricotta style cheese)

Finely chopped lettuce
Olive oil
Cut the Mama Lycha frying white cheese into strips and place in the tortillas, rolling them up.
In a skillet filled with hot oil, fry the tortillas until golden brown and crispy.
When ready to serve, make a bed of lettuce and place the flautas on top. You can add more lettuce and red or green sauce to taste.
Add the Mama Lycha Ricotta Style Cheese right on top of the flautas and some Mama Lycha Mexican Style Sour Cream.
You can use toothpicks to hold the flautas in shape so they don't fall apart during cooking.
