½ bag of Mama Lycha Rice Horchata
3 cups Hot Cakes Flour
1 cup Wheat Flour
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cups of milk
1 cup vegetable oil
1 can of evaporated milk and 1 can of condensed milk
Whipped cream
Red Fruits
Use the pancake flour, plain flour, vegetable oil, sugar, milk, the 3 eggs and beat them together.
In a pancake pan put the mixture and let it cook at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Mix the 3 kinds of milk in a separate bowl: condensed milk, evaporated milk and regular milk and add half a bag of rice horchata.
Skewer the muffin batter by removing the lid to allow the milk mixture to enter well and pour it on top when it is hot.
Garnish the dessert with the whipped cream and berries.
It is ideal that when you are going to pour the mixture of milks into the dough, they are hot so that they are better impregnated with its flavor.
