Mama Lycha Jasmine Rice (1 cup)
Water (2 cups)
Pico de gallo (diced)
Diced mango
Tuna or protein of choice (diced)
Avocado (diced)
Cucumber (diced)
One cilantro leaf (for garnish)
Mamá Lycha Soy Sauce
Cook 1 cup of Mam Lycha Jasmine Rice with 2 cups of water until slightly sticky but not overcooked. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Use a cylindrical mold to shape the tower. Place a layer of rice at the bottom and gently press to compact it.
Add a layer of pico de gallo, followed by a layer of diced mango.
Add the tuna (or your preferred protein), then layer the diced avocado.
Finish with a layer of diced cucumber on top.
Carefully remove the mold to release the tower while maintaining its shape.
Garnish with a cilantro leaf and drizzle with Mama Lycha Soy Sauce before serving.
For extra texture and flavor, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds or add a few drops of fresh lime juice before serving.
