    • Mama Lycha Jasmine Rice (1 cup)

    • Water (2 cups)

    • Pico de gallo (diced)

    • Diced mango

    • Tuna or protein of choice (diced)

    • Avocado (diced)

    • Cucumber (diced)

    • One cilantro leaf (for garnish)

    • Mamá Lycha Soy Sauce

    1. Cook 1 cup of Mam Lycha Jasmine Rice with 2 cups of water until slightly sticky but not overcooked. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

    2. Use a cylindrical mold to shape the tower. Place a layer of rice at the bottom and gently press to compact it.

    3. Add a layer of pico de gallo, followed by a layer of diced mango.

    4. Add the tuna (or your preferred protein), then layer the diced avocado.

    5. Finish with a layer of diced cucumber on top.

    6. Carefully remove the mold to release the tower while maintaining its shape.

    7. Garnish with a cilantro leaf and drizzle with Mama Lycha Soy Sauce before serving.

For extra texture and flavor, sprinkle toasted sesame seeds or add a few drops of fresh lime juice before serving.
