    • 1 package of Mama Lycha corn tamales
    • 1 cup Mama Lycha Mexican Sour cream
    • ½ cup yellow corn kernels, cooked
    • 1 tablespoon oil
    • ½ white onion
    • 1 clove garlic
    • 4 poblano peppers
    • 1 tablespoon chicken broth

    1. Heat the corn tamales in a large skillet.
    2. In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the onion and chopped garlic until soft and transparent in texture.
    3. Add the chopped chiles, chicken broth and corn kernels to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat and stir constantly. 
    4. Lower the heat to the minimum, add the Mexican sour cream and cook for 5 more minutes.

Corn tamales don't need extra salt or cooking, you just need to heat them enough so that when mixed with the other ingredients they are well-impregnated with the other flavors.
