- 1 Package of Mama Lycha corn tamales
- 1 Cup Mama Lycha Mexican Sour cream
- ½ Cup yellow corn kernels, cooked
- 1 Tablespoon oil
- ½ White onion
- 1 Clove garlic
- 4 Poblano peppers
- 1 Tablespoon chicken broth
Heat the corn tamales in a large skillet.
In a saucepan, heat the oil and fry the onion and chopped garlic until soft and transparent in texture.
Add the chopped chiles, chicken broth and corn kernels to the pot. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat and stir constantly.
Lower the heat to the minimum, add the Mexican sour cream and cook for 5 more minutes.
Corn tamales don't need extra salt or cooking, you just need to heat them enough so that when mixed with the other ingredients they are well-impregnated with the other flavors.
