1 package Mama Lycha Red Silk Beans
Mama Lycha Long Grain Rice
Mama Lycha Soy Sauce
Diced onion and red bell pepper
Chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Olive oil
Salt to taste
Stir-fry onion, bell pepper and cilantro in a skillet. Add garlic and soy sauce. Mix well until caramelized.
Add the beans and the previously cooked rice to the mixture. Integrate everything for 5 minutes.
Serve the dish with cilantro.
the soy sauce is what gives a different flavor to this recipe, don't forget to mix the ingredients well with the soy sauce over low heat so it doesn't burn.
