1 bag of Mama Lycha Relajo Spice Blend
1 bag of Mama Lycha Sofrito Sauce
1 whole chicken
1 bag of turkey stuffing
4 cups chicken broth
Potatoes, carrots and celery to taste

Roast the Relajo with the Mama Lycha Sofrito, add the Achiote and integrate well.
Mix all with 2 cups of chicken broth.
In another pot, make the stuffing with 2 cups of chicken broth.
It is time to put the stuffing inside the chicken and tie its legs so that it cooks well.
In the baking tray, place the celery, carrots and potatoes around the chicken, and then place the Relajo on top.
Place the chicken in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for about 4 hours and it's done.
When serving, you can decorate with lettuce leaves and a sprinkle of parsley on top.
