- 1 Mama Lycha Salvadoran Cream
- 1 cup Mama Lycha Ground Hard Cheese
- 1 package of tostadas
- Guacamole to taste
- Shredded chicken
- Pickled jalapeños, onion, and carrots
- Drain the Mama Lycha Whole Beans and place them in a bowl.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix well until fully combined.
- Cut the Mama Lycha tortillas into triangles.
- Fry or toast the tortilla pieces until golden and crispy.
- Serve the bean salsa with the tortilla chips.
For extra crunch, lightly toast the tostadas before assembling and serve immediately to keep them crispy.
