1 bag of Mama Lycha Rice
1 bag of Mama Lycha Pineapple Pulp
2 cups of water
1 can condensed milk
3 cups of whole milk
2 cinnamon sticks
Cinnamon powder
1 whole pineapple
In a pan add one cup of rice with oil, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 2 cups of water. Cover the preparation and do not let it dry.
In a separate pot add 1 bag of pineapple pulp with the condensed milk and 3 cups of whole milk. Mix well.
Add the rice to the pot with the pineapple mixture and stir constantly until thickened.
Cut the pineapple in half to put the rice pudding inside and decorate with pineapple chunks and cinnamon powder.
It is ideal that the rice is always moist and does not dry out so that it does not lose the typical texture of the dessert.
