1 cup Mama Lycha's Rice Flour
Mama Lycha Panela (brown sugar)
1 egg
1/2 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
Butter
Integrate the ingredients: one cup of rice flour, 3 tablespoons of baking powder, sugar, egg, half cup of whole milk and oil. It should be smooth.
In a large frying pan put the mixture and cook on both sides over medium heat.
Add a little butter when serving and a little melted Mama Lycha's panela honey.
This is a healthier version of the typical pancakes because of the type of flour you are using.
