• Mama Lycha Melting Cheese (1 whole bar + extra for topping)
• Mama Lycha Bread Crumbs (for sprinkling)
• Macaroni pasta
• Salt to taste
• Olive oil
• ½ stick of butter
• ½ cup flour
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
• 1 cup evaporated milk
Cook the macaroni in a pot with water, salt, and a drizzle of olive oil until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the flour and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
Stir in the smoked paprika, whole milk, and condensed milk. Cook while stirring until the mixture thickens.
Add the grated or chopped Mama Lycha Melting Cheese and mix until you get a smooth, creamy cheese sauce.
Combine the cooked pasta with the cheese sauce and transfer to an oven-safe dish.
Sprinkle extra grated Melting Cheese and Mama Lycha Bread Crumbs on top.
Broil or bake until the top is golden brown.
For an extra crispy topping, add a little more bread crumbs before baking.
