    • El Amanecer Central American beans

    • 1 cup Mama Lycha pre-cooked rice

    • Mama Lycha Salvadoran Chorizo (Sausage)

    • 2 cups shredded chicken

    • 1/2 cup Sazón Criollo

    • 1/2 cup chopped onion

    • 1 cup carrots

    • 1 cup celery

    • 1 cup bell peppers

    • 2 cups water

    • Parsley for garnish

    1. In a pot with a liter of water, add half a bag of beans, sazon criollo, a chopped onion, carrot, celery, green pepper. Leave to cook for an hour.

    2. In another pot, prepare a cup of rice with two cups of water.

    3. Cook the chorizo by cutting it into small slices and put it in the pan for a few minutes; you can use the same pan to cook the chicken.

    4. Add the chicken and chorizo (sausage) to the bean broth and stir well. You can leave it in the pan for a few minutes so that all the flavors integrate.

    5. When it is time to serve, start with the rice and place the bean preparation with the vegetables and proteins around it.

 You don't need to season the rice, because the beans already have all the spices that make them delicious.
