    • Mama Lycha Mexican Style Sour Cream

    • 2 cups flour

    • 1 cup sugar

    • 2 Eggs

    • 1 tablespoon baking powder

    • 1 stick melted butter

    1. Place the flour, sugar, butter, 2 eggs and Mama Lycha Mexican Style Sour Cream in a blender and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.

    2. Add the baking powder and mix again. 

    3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and wait for about 15 minutes before putting it in the oven. 

    4. Bake in the oven preheated to 350°F for 20-25 minutes. At the end of this time, insert a toothpick to make sure that there are no lumps. This indicates that the preparation is ready.

    5. Now all you have to do is serve the bread the way you like it. We suggest cutting it into slices and serving it with strawberries, mint leaves and whipped cream for decoration.

It is normal that you will see that the mixture of this bread is a little wetter than the mixtures of other breads, this is due to the cream.
