Mama Lycha Mexican Style Sour Cream
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 stick melted butter
Place the flour, sugar, butter, 2 eggs and Mama Lycha Mexican Style Sour Cream in a blender and mix until all ingredients are incorporated.
Add the baking powder and mix again.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish and wait for about 15 minutes before putting it in the oven.
