1 cup Mama Lycha Long Grain Rice
1 Mama Lycha Sofrito Sauce
1 package Mama Lycha Colombian Chorizo
Mama Lycha Garlic and Parsley Sauce (to taste)
1 lb. Diced Beef
1 lb. Diced Chicken Breast
2 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons saffron
1 can peas and carrots (to taste)
1 can green beans (to taste)
In a frying pan, sauté the chorizo, meat and chicken cubes in a little oil.
Add the bag of Mama Lycha Sofrito and the garlic and parsley sauce.
Add the cup of long grain rice and stir well with 2 tablespoons of saffron powder.
Add the 2 cups of chicken broth and let it blend.
Garnish with peas, carrots and green beans.
Cook on a low heat until the broth is used up and ready.
After pouring in the cups of chicken broth, do not stir the mixture in the pot. You can also cover the dish with a piece of aluminum foil while it is on low heat so that it cooks well.
