Mama Lycha Ricotta Style Cheese

In a bowl, add the flour, one cup of hot water, salt and stir well.
When the dough has been compacted, take a part of it and shape it into a circle; add cottage cheese in the center and seal it. Then flatten the dough into the shape of an arepa, or pupusa.
Repeat the process until you have the desired portions.
Grill the Tlacoyos in a hot skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Garnish with tomatillo sauce, chicken, cottage cheese and vegetables of your choice.
When assembling the Tlacoyos, try to make sure the dough is not too thin so you don't have any problems when filling them.
