    Ingredients

    • 1 can Mama Lycha Whole Beans
    • 1 package Mama Lycha tortillas
    • Corn kernels
    • ½ cup finely chopped red onion
    • 1 cup diced tomatoes
    • ½ cup finely chopped white onion
    • ½ cup finely chopped cilantro
    • Jalapeño to taste
    • 1 cup diced mango
    • Juice of 1 lemon
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Salsa macha to taste

    1. Drain the Mama Lycha Whole Beans and place them in a bowl.

    2. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well until fully combined.

    3. Cut the Mama Lycha tortillas into triangles.

    4. Fry or toast the tortilla pieces until golden and crispy.

    5. Serve the bean salsa with the tortilla chips.
