Mama Lycha Frozen Loroco
Mama Lycha Frying Cheese (cut into cubes)
Olive oil

6 to 7 Roma tomatoes (peeled and cooked)
Italian seasoning to taste

Chopped green onions
Place the Mama Lycha Frying Cheese cubes in a skillet over medium heat and grill until golden brown on the outside.
In a separate pan, heat a small amount of olive oil and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the Mama Lycha Frozen Loroco and cook for a few minutes to allow the flavors to combine.
Stir in the peeled and cooked Roma tomatoes. Add Italian seasoning, oregano, and chopped green onions. Cook everything together until a well-integrated sauce forms.
Gently incorporate the grilled cheese into the sauce and mix lightly.
Serve hot.
