Mama Lycha Argentine Chorizo (Sausage)
1 cup of beans
1 cup of elbow pasta
1/2 pound of pork
1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon powder
Salt to taste
Cilantro
4 cups chicken broth
Slice the Mama Lycha Argentine chorizo into thin pieces.
Add the chorizo, meat, beans, and pasta to a pressure cooker.
Season with salt, onion, chicken broth, and cilantro. Cook for one hour.
Garnish the sancocho with cilantro and tomato slices, then serve.
This is thick soup. When serving, start with the meat and beans, being careful not to splash the hot broth on yourself.
