    • 1 Mama Lycha Piloncillo (brown sugar cane)

    • 1 package of Mama Lycha Semitas (Sweet Long Bread)

    • 2 cups of coffee

    • 1 liter of water

    • 3 cloves

    • 2 cinnamon sticks

    1. Add the water to the pot along with the whole panela (piloncillo) (or half if you don't want it to be too sweet). Add 3 cloves and 2 cinnamon sticks.

    2. Let the mixture boil until the panela (piloncillo) dissolves.

    3. Add the ground coffee beans and stir well.

    4. Let the coffee simmer for 10 minutes so that all the ingredients are integrated.

    5. Before serving, pass it through a fine sieve and it is ready. Serve with Semitas de Yema or Semitas Largas Mama Lycha  (Sweet Long Bread).

If possible, use a clay pot, which gives it the traditional flavor, but if you can't, a metal pot is fine.
