    • 1 Mama Lycha piloncillo (panela/brown sugar)

    •  4 cups of milk

    • 2 cups of water

    • 1 can of pineapple

    • 1/2 cup cornstarch

    • Cinnamon to taste.

    1. Prepare the honey with water and piloncillo (panela) and add a cinnamon stick, let it boil until the piloncillo melts. Do not forget to remove the cinnamon sticks when the mixture is boiled.

    2. Blend the pineapple with the caramel.

    3. Strain the mixture to remove the pineapple residue.

    4. Hydrate the cornstarch with water and mix until smooth.

    5. Add to the 4 cups of milk a little baking soda and mix with all the ingredients until it looks thick.

This is a sweet and thick preparation, so it is also considered a dessert rather than a simple drink.
