2 cups of corn flour mama lycha
1/2 spoon of broth flavor robertoni chicken
1 cup of tibia water
1/2 spoon of achiote mama lycha
filling (broiled chicken, cheese, meat, etc)
curtido salvadoreño mama lycha
soup of tomato mama lycha


Mix the flour, the achiote, the chicken broth and the water until a uniform mix. Create small balls with the dough and crush them in the shape of round tortillas. Put the stew or the cheese on top and wrap them with the tortilla. Use a fork to seal the edges. In a pan with heated oil, fry the empanadas for 5 to 7 minutes over medium heat. Remove and let them drain.
On a plate, put a bed of Curtido Salvadoreño Mama Lycha and on top, position the empanadas. Serve it with Sofrito Mama Lycha on the side.

Cut the bread in half like a hot dog roll, fill it with 2 Argentine Sausages Mama Lycha and cover with Sofrito. Serve it with chimichurri sauce, yuca Frita and serve it with Papaya Mama Lycha Salad on the side.
