1 ) Get water to boil, and add a little olive oil, salt, and cook lasagna pasta strips “al dente.”
For the lasagna filling, chop the Loroco in small pieces. Mix it with the ricotta cheese, a spoonful of the Macha Lycha cream, and the Duro Molido cheese.
When the lasagna strips are ready, cover it with the mixture of cheese with Loroco and make a roll. Place them in a tray, cover the rolls with tomato sauce and Mama Lycha Quesillo.
Bake it for 15 minutes and serve it with pesto sauce.
