CHORIPAN WITH YUCA

Ingredientes

Argentine chorizo mama lycha
Bolilla or baggette
2 chopped tomatoes
1/2 chopped onion
Olive oil
1 picado parchet bonche
2 spoons of pepped garlic
3 spoons of red wine vinegar
1 spoon of oregano
1/2 limone verde
Yuca mama lycha
Mama lycha papaya salad

Preparacion

Cook the Argentine Chorizos in a frying pan and heat the bread in the oven. In another pre-heated bowl, put the olive oil, the purple onion, chopped parsley, the tomato, salt and pepper and create the sauce.
For the Chimichurri sauce put half a cup of finely cut parsley, cover it with olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano and lemon juice, stir and let it rest.
Cut the frozen cassava into strips. Fry them in hot oil until golden brown on the outside. Remove and drain excess oil. Season with salt.
Cut the bread in half like a hot dog roll, fill it with 2 Argentine Sausages Mama Lycha and cover with Sofrito. Serve it with chimichurri sauce, yuca Frita and serve it with Papaya Mama Lycha Salad on the side.
